Lannon Twomey: Speech Pathology With A Difference

Lannon Twomey is a speech-language pathologist, or speech therapist, who evaluates, diagnoses and treats communication needs and disabilities in children. Lannon has worked with children with a variety of communication needs including articulation and phonological disorders, specific language impairments (expressive language and receptive language disorders), pragmatic and social language disorders, auditory processing disorders, language-based learning disabilities, pre-reading phonological/phonemic awareness needs, voice disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders (such as PDD, PDD-NOS and Asperger’s Syndrome). Although she enjoys working with children who present with all types of speech and language needs, Lannon has a special interest and expertise in working with children who are hearing impaired using hearing aids, cochlear implants and FM systems. Her therapy practices foster an auditory-oral approach to speech, language and auditory skill development.

Lannon is a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Her office is located in Harvard, Massachusetts. Lannon provides services to Western Middlesex and Northeastern Worcester counties including the towns of Harvard, Littleton, Ayer, Groton, Westford, Chelmsford, Acton, Concord, Townsend, Pepperell, Shirley, Bolton, Lunenburg, Leominster, Hudson, and Stow.
